At Moose Coaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
